Labour Cover: HBI has supplied skilled personnel to assist the client in executing their maintenance schedules, ensuring that operations continue smoothly without disruption.

Gas Turbine Outages: During the 2018 gas turbine outages, HBI worked closely with the client and General Electric to provide specialised expertise, contributing to the timely and efficient maintenance and repair of critical turbine systems.

Calibrations: HBI successfully completed over 300 calibrations on safety-critical instrumentation for EP SHB, ensuring that all instruments were accurately calibrated and functioning to meet safety and operational standards.

Small Projects: HBI also undertook various smaller projects, including the installation and commissioning of a new level radar system for the site’s effluent pits. This contributed to enhanced monitoring and control of effluent processes.

Control Valve and Positioner Calibration: HBI carried out the setup and calibration of new control valves and positioners on the site’s HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) boiler systems, optimizing the efficiency and safety of the site’s energy recovery processes.
